This option covers a wide field of activity. The GSE program trains engineers able to work with all systems that involve energy conversion – from motor vehicles to electric power generation.

  • Industrial boilers
  • Cogeneration systems
  • Air conditioning installations
  • Solar or wind powered installations
  • Energy recovery from waste

Whatevr their size, these systems are complex with strong interactions. The engineer in charge of the design or operation of such systems must deal with problems of regulation and control subject to considerable economic, environmental regulatory constraints.
