Accomodation at the Maison des Élèves - MDE
All students admitted to the Ecole des Mines de Nantes have their own individual study bedroom on campus, located 400 meters from the school.
All studios are identical in size and equipment (18m ²) and contain all the essentials to enable students to live comfortably :
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin
- Kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, sink, electrical outlets
- • Bedroom with single bed, a (very) large desk, chair, bedside table, shelves, wardrobe, table, stool, network connection and TV

In order to provide the best possible accommodation service to international students there is a specific application form for reservation of accommodation Groom-MDE. NB : French engineering students do not need to complete this form.

Accommodation costs at the MDE
Rent for a studio is € 371 per month to be paid before the first of each month. Students may be entitled to a state housing allowance.
Housing registration fee from 50 € Only for the first year of the lease.
Housing insurance Approximately 39 € for minimum coverage. Insurance certificate mandatory..
These rates apply only to students of the School and are those applicable in November 2011. Please contact MDE directly for information on other services.
